No orders will be shipped until fully paid for.  Any order which is cancelled prior to building or shipping will be issued a refund only if CC has not been charged yet.  Once charge has been applied to card, there is a cancellation fee or 10% charge for cancellation.


All cancellations must be received in writing or email, verbal cancellations are not accepted.


No returns shall be accepted unless you call first and receive a return authorization.  Clients are responsible for pre-paying the shipping charges ro all returned items. Upon receipt of the returned items, which must be in good condition, we will refund the original purchase price of the terms, less the shipping charges.


All returns MUST be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED CONDITIONS and must be in original packaging so it can be resold as NEW.  The product cannot have been assembled or used in ANYway.


Request for returns of any items must be within 7 days of delivery.


All sales are final, due to the speciality of our products.  All products sold by Xplor Games and Crucible are strictly non-returnable unless we express otherwise in writing.  If there are quality or warranty issues, we will repair or replace, at our option.


We reserve the right to charge a minimum 20% restocking fee on any and all items we agree to accept back for return.  Any order that is cancelled prior to shipping is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.


All requests for cancellation must be received in writing or via email.  Verbal cancellations are not accepted. All products are to be packaged in original or identical packing as it was received.  Prior to shipping the product, you must contact customer service for our return policy requires each customer to inspect the delivered items before signing the delivery bill of landing.  Upon notion of any damage to the packaging, do not accept the item; the driver will return the unit to the freight carrier’s warehouse for an inspection. Contact us at this point so we can resolve a possible re-delivery.  If you knowingly accept a damaged shipment, you do so at your own risk and it will be your responsibility.
