Shipping Information

Most of our products are hand crafted and customized for our clients. You should allow for 3-6 weeks for delivery from date of purchase unless otherwise discussed.
Smaller additional accessories will be shipped within 3-5 days via UPS or Fedex ground within the USA. At this time we only ship to United States and Canada.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, additional delivery charges will apply.
Shipping to Canada, delivery may take up to 14 business days from the ship date.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $1,000
If your order meets or exceeds $1,000 before taxes, you will receive FREE shipping. This Excludes Alaska and Hawaii.
All orders over $1,000 include free delivery but may require additional charges, if you need help to unload or install. Any order over $1,000 includes free shipping and delivery but does not include install. Drivers will not bring into your home. This service is to most locations within the 48 contiguous states. Some remote areas may require additional charges. We ship all items common freight carrier.
Drivers are responsible to show up at your curb side, this does not include closest to your door or driveway. You are to discuss with the delivery company to schedule a proper delivery. They are not responsible for offloading your order into your home, office, school, warehouse or business.
You must make the proper arrangements to have the appropriate number of people to help offload your delivery on the scheduled day. If you need assistance in offloading your delivery, services are available but are at an additional cost to each client and are not included in the price of item. If you choose a in home install and delivery option, the installer will deliver and install your product. We do have many options for delivery to help you with your needs. We can supply you with multiple quotes to help make all arrangements for you.
All our items are built in our factory in Bozeman, MT with exception of some small accessory items. Each product is made to order and can take from 3-6 weeks for the build to be complete as they are a handcrafted item. At the time of your order we will give you a time frame to let you know when you can expect your product. We will notify you when your product is ready to ship and provide you with the propper tracking numbers and information for the delivery company.
Shipping Damage Information
It is the client's responsibility to check for damage prior to signing for delivery. DO NOT sign any freight delivery receipt(s) until you have inspected all crates and packaging for possible damage while the driver is present.
If there is visible damage, it must be indicated on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Any concealed damage must be reported to the carrier immediately. Failure to notify Xplor Games and Crucible/ or carrier within 24 hours relieve the shipper, the carrier, Xplor Games and Crucible of any responsibility and will result in denial of any claims. If you have any questions or concerns at the time of delivery, you can call or email our customer service department for specific instructions. If you can not reach our customer service and for some reason you see damage, refuse to accept the shipment.
